Trusted AI Governance Ltd ("TrustedAIGov®", "we", "us", "our") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 07309857), based in London, United Kingdom. 2. Data we collect

• Audit / contact requests — name, company, work email, and message content when you request an AI Cost & Portfolio Audit or contact us.
• Platform account data — account identifiers, authentication data, and usage logs if you use the platform.
• Website analytics — page visits, referral source, browser type, and approximate location via anonymised IP.
• Communications — email correspondence and meeting notes when you engage with our team.
• Contractual data — billing information and engagement details shared during a paid engagement.

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

3. How we use your data

To respond to enquiries and scope assessments; to deliver and support the platform; to operate, secure, and improve our website and services; to send service communications; and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data and our website is ad-free.

4. Audit & platform data (processor role)

When we perform an AI Cost & Portfolio Audit, we process the billing and usage exports you provide as a data processor on your behalf, under a separate data processing agreement. The audit runs out-of-band and requires no production-system access. We use that data solely to produce your assessment and do not repurpose it.

5. Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interests, performance of a contract, consent (where required), and legal obligation.

6. Sharing

We share data only with vetted sub-processors (hosting, analytics, email) under appropriate agreements, and where required by law. We never sell personal data.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent. Contact privacy@trustedaigov.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices — to protect personal data.

10. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA or Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
